SurTec offers competent solutions for the thorough cleaning of sensitive alloys, for the matt pickling and anodizing of aluminum, for the reliable galvanizing of electroplated steel, for the electropolishing of stainless steel or the decorative chrome plating of plastics – in all applications for surface cleaning, corrosion protection and finishing. Success with environmentally-friendly processes
It was not until truly recyclable cleaners came to market that it was possible to replace solvent-based industrial cleaners. For decades the very idea of dispensing with chromates for corrosion protection was unthinkable – today, trivalent passivations are standard. SurTec broke new ground in both fields and grew as the new processes became more and more successful. Scientists at the research and development centers in Germany and Brazil are working on new alloys, passivations, cold sealing systems and sealers that are allergen-free, efficient and easy to use.
